At CHIQUEL, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unopened and unused products. Please ensure items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer care team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original boxes, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the parcel to prevent processing delays.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Send your package using a trackable shipping service to our returns center; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
